Head of Operations

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to join our team! 🚀

This role lead our Project Management team, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and scalability of our digital projects. This role is essential in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, impacting both client experience and business profitability.

You will work directly with the COO and collaborate with Design and Engineering Directors to optimize project execution. We’re looking for someone with strategic vision, strong leadership, and analytical skills to guide the team and refine how we work.

Key responsibilities

Team leadership & management

Guide and develop the Project Management team, ensuring their growth and performance.

1:1 meetings with direct reports, overseeing project reviews and managing the professional development program for the team.

Organize team-building activities and foster team engagement.

Manage the recruitment and promotion process for new PMs, in coordination with the COO.

Define team strategy and structure alongside the COO.

Operational excellence in projects

Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and profitability targets.

Oversee planning and execution, stepping in for critical projects when needed.

Participate in pre-KO and KO meetings to ensure smooth client and project onboarding and guide teams toward effective planning.

Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes.

Continuous improvement & strategy

Lead initiatives to improve project management and operational efficiency.

Monitor key metrics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.

Oversee audits and quality certifications (ISO).

Client & stakeholder relations

1:1 meetings with key account clients to ensure alignment and project success.

Ensure the PM team maintains strategic communication with clients.

Supervise client satisfaction and align expectations with project execution.

Ensure clear and effective communication with Directors, CEOs, and key stakeholders.

• 5+ years in Project Management, with experience in digital agencies or digital products.

• Proven experience leading teams, mentoring, and optimizing processes.

• Advanced English proficiency (fluent communication with US clients).

• Strong strategic leadership, ability to set priorities and improve operations.

• Experience with audits and certifications (ISO or others).

• Familiarity with project management tools and strategic planning.
