Head of Partnerships

Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a senior business leader to own Aerolab's growth engine. As Head of Partnerships, you'll build long-term client relationships, shape our portfolio strategy, and lead a team across sales and marketing. You'll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with our executive team.

You'll be expected to maintain a healthy tension between Sales and Operations, pushing the business forward, not waiting on it. A great Head of Partnerships creates momentum that Operations has to keep up with, not the other way around.

This is not just a sales role. You'll own the P&L and help define where Aerolab goes next.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the annual sales target and P&L in line with our growth strategy

  • Build and nurture relationships with current, past, and prospective clients, including C-levels and Founders

  • Lead account planning for key clients, mapping org penetration, relationship health, and growth opportunities on a quarterly basis

  • Lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations across markets, with final say on deal structure

  • Personally lead pitches and proposals, always showing up with a point of view

  • Work closely with the Design and Engineering Heads to shape proposals that balance client expectations with product and business vision

  • Define portfolio strategy: which verticals to prioritize, which clients to double down on, and where resources go

  • Oversee Marketing to create content and case studies that support sales objectives and keep Aerolab top of mind

  • Partner with Operations to train PMs on account growth and upsell opportunities

  • Own the outreach strategy to keep current and past clients engaged and drive new opportunities

  • Manage and develop a team (Partnerships Executive, SDR, Social Media Manager)

  • Define KPIs, run performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement across the department

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital companies, including 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Advanced English (C1 or above): you'll be engaging with clients from North America

  • Proven track record across a variety of industries

  • The ability to read a business and act on it, understanding how decisions ripple across revenue, team, and product before making them

  • Fluency at the intersection of business and product — able to collaborate with Design and Engineering to build proposals that are both client-relevant and technically grounded

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales pipeline management

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills

  • Background in Economics, Finance, or an MBA is a plus; coaching or leadership training is a bonus

Why Aerolab

  • Annual Profit Sharing bonus (2x multiplier)

  • Comprehensive Benefits Program

  • A seat at the table — this role shapes company strategy, not just sales numbers
