Social Media Manager

The job description

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help make everyone aware of all the things we’re creating at Aerolab. You’ll be working closely with our Sales and People teams to design and execute our marketing and communication strategies.

Mandatory requirements:
- Advanced English level, mainly for writing content (we're looking for familiarity with North American idioms and culture).

- Experience making content for B2B service brands, preferably from the tech industry.

Your job responsibilities include

• Make sure we always have a full content funnel. Come up with new ideas, and collect input from team members on what we want to publish.
• Make sure relevant content and activities across all areas is recorded, organized, and published (articles, photos, videos, designs, interviews).
• Create content for our social networks, both for Aerolab and our Founders. We currently focus mainly on Linkedin and Instagram, but this can change.
• Lead the execution of all content, by organizing, reviewing, and giving feedback on all pieces so they fit the brand and positioning. You’ll be working with our team of designers, and freelancers whenever it’s required for specific projects.
• Work closely with our sales team, creating and publishing new case studies and articles, and executing outbound and relationship-building strategies.
• Keep track of relevant metrics to make sure our work is actually making an impact.

What do we expect from you?

• You can write well and wanna learn to do other stuff good too.
• You have great communication skills and a really good understanding of social media. Particularly on how the content changes for each social network and audience.
• High Proficiency in English. You should be pretty much bilingual, and very familiar with North American idioms and culture.
• You have an eye for design and photography.
• You stay informed about updates, trends, and best practices.
